The Oval Mosaic Ring

Centring on an oval jadeite cabochon of high translucency and intense green on a fully pavé-set band with rose-cut diamonds, embellished by sapphires at its rims. From the side, the height of the dome rises substantially against the fully pavé-set thick band, giving it a prominent look without overdoing it. This strike in balance between the intense green and the proportions of the jadeite is carefully curated; otherwise, the piece would be overwhelming alongside the dense diamond setting.

The band is fully pavé-set in rose-cut diamonds throughout its width. This cut is chosen deliberately: rose-cut diamonds feature large flat facets that create a subtle scintillation without overtaking the jadeite, complementing and highlighting the stone's natural translucency and colour. Along both the upper and lower edges, a continuous row of natural sapphires follows the full circumference. The band carries sufficient depth for both sapphire rows to be simultaneously visible from above and below. At the midpoint of the band's width, a slight inward bow follows the finger's natural curve. This narrow-waist profile softens the bold width of the design, making the substantial structure more elegant and secure on the hand.

This ring is statement enough to not need any other rings to accompany it. Intense green, strong saturation, medium-to-dark tone. The dome is cut to exceptional depth. The green is consistent from the base of the deep dome to its peak, and the translucency holds throughout the full depth.
