The Buddha's Palm Pendant
Carved as a Buddha’s palm in highly translucent, bright green jadeite, suffused with rich emerald green streaks. The form is suspended from an articulated bangle of similar translucency and colour. Parallel rows of pavé-set diamond rondelles frame the silhouette, leading upward to a pavé hook surmount. Sold as a pendant without a chain.

The Shape
The carving follows the natural curve of the hand. At the centre of the open palm rests a small sphere carved from the very same piece of stone. This traditional motif, known in Chinese culture as the "pearl in the palm" (掌上明珠), symbolises what is most deeply cherished. The diamond rows frame the form without competing with it, drawing the eye along the carved lines while leaving the jadeite's surface entirely visible.

Graceful Composition
Carved jadeite demands a different standard than cabochons. The artistry lies in perfectly revealing the stone’s inner beauty while preserving its structural integrity. The artisan honours the stone’s natural colour distribution and inherent structure while achieving a graceful composition with balanced proportions and crisp, precise detailing across every contour. The high translucency gives the form an internal luminosity, so the piece possesses a quiet, living spirit, lit from within rather than merely polished. Material of this character is held in long reserve, drawn from decades of direct sourcing. HKJSL certified. Myanmar origin. One piece.
The High Jewellery Collection
SÈVE High Jewellery brings jadeite into its most exceptional expression: rare stones, refined proportions, and meticulous craftsmanship. Each piece is created around the character of the jadeite itself, allowing colour, translucency, structure, and light to guide the final form.
Designed for collectors and for moments of permanence, the collection celebrates jadeite not only as a precious material, but as a living presence: luminous, sculptural, and deeply individual.
