Every SÈVE piece is crafted to endure. Should your jewellery require attention beyond daily care, the following services are available to preserve its condition and character.

Cleaning

We offer complimentary professional cleaning for the lifetime of every piece. This includes gentle cleansing of metal and diamond elements, and a surface refresh to restore the natural lustre of the jadeite using methods appropriate for natural, untreated stone. For significant surface restoration, contact our team for an assessment before sending your piece in.

Repairs

Repairs outside the warranty period — including prong re-tipping, clasp replacement, and surface refinishing — are available through our trusted craftsman partners. Each piece is assessed individually, and a quote is provided before any work begins.

We do not service jadeite stones that have been altered or treated by a third party.

Resizing

Resizing is available for SÈVE rings. Availability depends on the setting and stone configuration of each piece. Contact us to discuss your ring, and we will advise on what is possible.

Certification Replacement

If your original HKJSL certificate has been lost or damaged, we can facilitate a replacement request on your behalf. All replacement certificates are issued directly by HKJSL; associated fees and processing time are the client's responsibility.
